To return faulty products, fill out the RMA application

To return non-faulty products

Due to the nature of electronic purchases,it is common for the final user of a product not to remain completely satisfied by his choice, due to a lack of physical contact with the product.

E-shop Cyprus Ltd, supporting Electronic Commerce, by presenting complete descriptions on its web-pages provides the potential for you to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the available products, through your computer; quick and easy.

By wishing to provide further for our customers, so as to highlight the benefits of using the internet for our everyday transactions, we offer the possibility of returning the products. Following, are the rules and methods for the return of non-faulty products.

Terms of Returning Products

  1. The date of receipt and the day of submitting the return application should not be more than 14 calendar days apart.
  2. The packaging should not be destroyed and must be in its original (factory) state.

Returning Procedure

1. If you happen to be near an e-shop point

In this case you can visit the store in your area and, after the qualified employee checks the product’s condition, you will receive instructions to complete the return procedure.

2. If you send by courier

In that case:

  1. Pack the product in a bigger box, so as to be properly protected during the shipping..
  2. Include a document in which you state the method you prefer for the settling of the financial discrepancy, once the product is deemed suitable for return.
  3. You send the package, with the courier company used to receive the order, on the attention of Return Department. Please note that all expenses are made by the customer.
We would like to state that, in case the product does not comply with the pre-mentioned rules, it will be returned to sender with the sender’s expenses.

The following services are provided by our company at your place (within 15 km from the stores) or by the respective Service departments located in Limassol, Nicosia and Larnaka.

The service departments are open on Monday – Tuesday – Thursday – Friday from 09:00 till 19:00 and on Wednesday-Saturday from 09:00 till 14:00. Tel: 25 020200.
