In order to return a product for the provision of services within the period of warranty, the following procedure must be followed.
IMPORTANT: E-shop Cyprus Ltd will not accept any product returns without an RMA number. This service is provided solely for products purchased by e-shop Cyprus Ltd.
RMA Application: Write down the model (type) and series number of the product, as well as the date of purchase. Describe the problem in detail, preferably in English or Greek. By using the RMA application, the user confirms that he understands and accepts the terms and conditions described in the service provision policy.
Return approval: Within 2 hours from receiving the RMA by e-shop Cyprus Ltd, you will receive a confirmation and approval message.
Send: Te returned product must be securely packed (preferably in the original packaging). The RMA number should be written on the outside of the package.
