Most of our products are sent on the next working day, on our own means, following a telephone agreement.
For purchases, of any products, exceeding 120 €, the shipping is free of charge, while on purchases of lower value, the cost is 5 €
Deliveries are being made during working days between 10.00 - 16.00. An appointment will be made by phone, prior to the delivery, for a specific time convenient to the Distribution Department of eshop Cyprus (depending on the daily route schedule) as well as the preference of the customer.
You may also receive your order from the local branch without any additional delivery expenses. In that case, you should first make sure your order is ready for delivery, by checking the Order Status to make sure the order is at the Order Billing stage, having selected 'Receive from Branch of the respective city, as the Order Shipment method.
For areas which we do not cover, there is a potential to send by courier. It should be noted that the shipping expenses as well as the selection of Courier Company is up to the customer.
During the submission of your order, an email message is sent automatically to you, stating your order. You do not need to do anything further.
Your order has began, and you may track its progress from the page Order Status. Should an irregularity occurs, we will contact you.
