How can I find a product?
There are two ways to find any product you wish:
- On the left side of the screen, choose the product category you want from the product category lists. Following that, click on the product to view a detailed description; when done, you can click the Add to cart button, located under the product, and it will be added on your shopping cart.
- Using the Search option, located on the upper centre of the page, you can search by selecting any or all of the search criteria.
What can I do if I do not find the product I am looking for?
If, despite searching the site, you cannot find the product you wish for, you can order it electronically by visiting

On the shelves of our electronic store lies an entire world of technology, which you can explore with a simple click. For your convenience in searching, we have divided our range of product in sub-categories which you can browse and find the product you wish for.

What is the Shopping Cart?
It is exactly what a shopping cart is in a typical store.
By using the Add to cart button, you can include a product you wish to purchase, or remove it using the Delete button. Placing a product in the cart does not signify a purchase. A small procedure must be followed before you can have it. You may view your choices and check their costs as a whole or separately.
How can I place an order?
Locate the products you are interested in, using the search engine or the various pages. Click the
Add to cart link, next to the product you wish, and it will be added to your electronic “shopping cart”.
When you have completed your selections, click the
FILL ORDER FORM link, located under the list of products included in your cart, and you will be directed to a secure location in order to define a payment and delivery method.

Order received on non working days, are executed during the next working day.
Is my order complete?
After finishing the receiver information entry procedure, click Send Order, and a message will appear notifying you that your order has been completed. In this message you will find the order code, which would be good to write down.
A product is missing from my order. What can I do?
At eshop Cyprus we are especially thorough regarding immediate and proper service. If, however, a discrepancy occurs in your order, you have three options.

How can I cancel an order?
There are three methods to cancel an order. In all three cases you will have to mention the order code or, if you do not have it, the name of the person placing the order and the date on which it was placed. The methods are:
Can I return a faulty product?

Is it safe to use my credit card for transactions;

Delivery days are Monday to Friday, 10:00-16:00.
Can I make an appointment to receive at a particular time and day?
The delivery schedule is created by the Distribution Department of eshop Cyprus.
The distribution department will contact you the day prior to delivery to schedule the time of delivery, which will depend on the driver’s schedule.
